This is a great question! Firstly, the annual cost of a senior designer on a full-time basis now exceeds the value of $14,000.00 monthly, not including benefits and tax burdens according to Robert Half (and finding someone available can be a challenging task).
Additionally, there won't always be sufficient demand to keep this designer busy all the time, which means you'll have to bear the costs even during periods when there's no work to be done.
On the other hand, with our monthly plan, you have the flexibility to pause and resume the subscription as needed. This ensures that you only pay for the designer's work when tasks are available, providing significant savings compared to full-time hiring.
On average, most requests are completed in just two days or even less. However, more complex requests may take longer.
You may be surprised to hear this, but we are actually a two-person agency, one designer and one customer service person. This means you will work directly with the Aventura founders who organize the demands. However, more specific requests, such as custom animations or illustrations, are provided by Aventura partner designers.
We understand that you may not have enough design work to fill the entire month. Maybe you only have one or two design requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy.
Billing cycles are based on 30-day periods. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 20 days and then decide to pause your subscription. This means the billing cycle will be paused and you will have 10 days of service remaining to use at any time in the future.
Most requests are made in Adobe Suite, Canva and/or Figma.
There's a lot of flexibility in how you make your requests using Trello. Some common ways clients request designs are directly via Trello, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a short Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs). Basically, if it can be linked or shared on Trello, it's practical.
No problem! We will continue reviewing your design until you are 100% satisfied.
Yes there is! We do not cover the following design work: 3D modeling, motion graphics (GIFS, etc.), document design (medical forms, etc.), complex packaging, and extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.).
That is good. You can pause your subscription when you're done and return when you have additional design needs. There's no need to waste the rest of your subscription.
Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds.
