That's an excellent question! First, the annual cost of a full-time senior designer now exceeds R$14,000.00 per month [CONFIRMAR], not counting benefits and CLT payroll taxes according to Robert Half [CONFIRMAR] (and finding someone available can be a challenging task). In addition, there will not always be enough demand to keep that designer busy all the time, which means you will have to bear the costs even when there is no work to be done.
On the other hand, with our monthly plan you have the flexibility to pause and resume the subscription as needed. This ensures you only pay for the designer's work when there are tasks available, providing significant savings compared with full-time hiring.
On average, most requests are completed in just two days or even less. However, more complex requests may take longer.
You may be surprised to hear this, but we are actually a two-person agency, one designer and one client service. This means you will work directly with Aventura's founders, who organize the requests. However, more specific requests, such as animations or custom illustrations, are provided by Aventura's partner designers.
We understand that you may not have enough design work to fill the whole month. Maybe you only have one or two design requests at the moment. That is where pausing your subscription comes in handy.
Billing cycles are based on 30-day periods. Say you sign up and use the service for 20 days and then decide to pause your subscription. This means the billing cycle will be paused and you will have 10 days of service left to use at any time in the future.
Most requests are made in the Adobe Suite, Canva and/or Figma.
There is a lot of flexibility in how you make requests using Trello. Some common ways clients request designs are directly through Trello, sharing Google documents or wireframes, or even recording a short Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs). Basically, if it can be linked or shared in Trello, it works.
No problem! We will keep revising your design until you are 100% satisfied.
Yes, there is! We do not cover the following design work: 3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFs etc.), document design (medical forms etc.), complex packaging and extensive print design (magazines, books etc.).
That's fine. You can pause your subscription when you are done and return when you have additional design needs. There is no need to waste the rest of your subscription.
