Leandro Alves
Leandro Alves works with marketing and digital strategy, helping companies and professionals turn their online presence into a real client acquisition channel. He is the founder of Aventura Digital, established in 2019 with the goal of making online growth simpler, clearer, and more accessible.
Throughout his career, he has been involved in both national and international projects, working directly with campaigns, funnels, and digital structures focused on growth and conversion.
His experience includes projects with brands such as Unimed, Bradesco, CitiBank, LEGO Education, Kumon, Wyndham, and Hurley, as well as technology startups in the health and tourism sectors. This diversity has provided him with a practical perspective on different markets, business models, and real growth challenges.
Leandro is also internationally recognized by Wix, being certified as a Wix Studio Web Designer and serving as a Senior Partner on the platform, leading a community of more than 200 agencies in Brazil. This role reinforces his expertise in creating modern, strategic, and results-driven websites.
More than theory, his work has always been grounded in practice. By working with businesses at different stages, Leandro identified a clear pattern: most people are online but lack a defined path to turn that into results. What’s missing is organization, clarity, and direction.
From this insight, he began focusing on what truly makes a difference: structuring an online presence in a simple, strategic, and functional way. Instead of relying on complex solutions or trends, his work is about building systems that help the right people find your business, understand what you offer, and get in touch.
Today, at Aventura Digital, Leandro leads the strategic side of projects, connecting business vision with practical execution. His goal is to move clients away from trial and error and place them on a clear path, where the internet works in favor of business growth in a consistent and predictable way.


Marina Menezes
Marina Menezes is responsible for client relations and operations at Aventura Digital, ensuring that every project is managed with organization, clarity, and attention to detail. She closely supports each client, understanding their needs and making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
With experience at major brands such as McDonald’s, Outback, Bloomin’ Brands, P&G, Beiersdorf, and Johnson & Johnson, Marina has developed a sharp eye for processes, quality, and customer experience. This background brings a high standard of organization and care to every project.
In practice, Marina is the one who turns strategy into execution. She organizes demands, oversees deliveries, and ensures everything runs as planned, always focused on simplifying communication and making the process easy for the client.
Her role is to ensure that every step is clear, well-managed, and efficient, so the client feels secure, confident, and has a positive experience throughout the entire project.
